At the request of IEEE ComSoc, it will also not produce a USB stick, so the way for all attendees to access the accepted papers is to download an encrypted zip file that contains all papers here. The password will be provided locally at the event. Please note that, as requested by IEEE ComSoc, the zip file will only be available until Thursday, April 6th.
